Hair fall ? No hair fall 😎
💧Keep yourself nourished - put 2 drop of virgin mild lukewarm (but not so hot )almond oil in each nostril- before sleeping .
❄️🥥🥚check your daily calcium and protein intake, it should be proper .
Avoid all processed food items and sugar .🍔🍕🍡
😴 Sleep well before 11.00 pm in night if liver is not well everything goes wrong take care of it .
💫If possible start doing jal neti kriya .
🐪🐬Some yoga asanas are very good like ustrasan ,Childs pose and it’s variation,parvatasan,dolphin pose ,vipreetkarni,sarvang Asan,matdata sab ,supta kapotasan , supta vajrasan ,shirshasan - but always do all these with expert to avoid injuries and wrong pictures.
🧘🏻♀️Practice pranayam for deep and balanced breath and good oxygen supply to hairs .
✅Practice Asan ,pranayam , meditation 🧘🏻♀️ for relaxation as anxiety is main issue of hair fall .
❄️Keep your hairs clean and dry use any mild shampoo .
